Stress is everywhere from making deadlines to meeting someones demands. there is no way to avoid it other than to cope with it in a positive way. You will first need to find out what causes your daily stress.
Many things can trigger stress such as family, children, relationships or deaths. Although stress isn't always bad. In general, stress is related to both external and internal factors (conrad, para4).There are many positive ways of stress like, giving a presentation, stress will keep you on your toes. It will give you the advantage to get things done.

Many things can influence on how you cope with your stress. One rather terrifying thing you may discover yourself experiencing is a "stress related panic attack"(conrad, para2).If your friends are supporitive then you will have an easier way of forgetting about what is putting you down. If it weren't for the loving and support of friends then you would become lonely and tend to think about your trigger of stress more often. You need to have a strong mind set that you will be able to conquer your stress. Do things that you enjoy.
If you let stress become a big obstacle in your life then it will start to engage a different outlook of how you view things. You should accept that your life has changed and try to make the most of it.
Stress mainly effects your emotions. When having a load of stress on you, your immune system tends to become weak. Lack of appetite and stomach ache are both high effects of stress.
A common stressor is your average headache. Other common stress triggers are stiff neck, back pain, sweaty palms, fast heartbeat and fast breathing.
If you're loaded with stress all the time, then you may see higher rish symptoms such as having high blood pressure, blood clots and that may even lead to a heart attack. Most of the time stress will cause your muscles to become sore such as your neck, shoulders and low back. Most people will agree that when stress is a factor in one's life, so is acne.
But most out of everthing it will effect your emotions. Most of the time you will feel cranky, frustrated, or easily irritated. Most of the time you tend to snap at the little things. Worry too much about everything and always feel like youre missing out on activities because of your actions.
There are so many ways that you can choose to relieve your stress. Its always good to let your stress out of your system. Many people take the route of exercising. It’s a great way to relieve all of the stress you have been building up. Writing is a great way to put everything down on paper that you have been stressing over and show what you have been striving through. Never let your feelings be closed in. Its always healthy to let your emotions out. Cry, let everything out to your parents or friends. Another great stress reliever is doing some community work. Usually when you’re stressed your body tends to tense up and your muscles become sore. Some ways to relax your body are taking a hot salt bath, yoga, or a message. The main thing is you need to know what your stress level is and what are some ways that you can handle it. Eat healthy, exercise, and enjoy life.
